Performance Music (MP3) Sourcing Service
In line with standard practice across circus schools, students who wish to choose their own music are required to provide their track as an MP3.
If you are unable to source your own MP3, Temple Cloud Circus offers a music sourcing service where we will find and purchase your chosen performance track on your behalf.
This service includes:
- Sourcing one suitable version of your chosen song
- Checking that the track is appropriate for performance use
- Purchasing and supplying the MP3 file
Please note:
All performance music is programmed into our show software as part of the production. Each track is carefully prepared, which may include fades and linking with other music to create a smooth and professional show. This process takes time and planning.
For this reason, it is highly inconvenient to change music once it has been selected and programmed. While we aim to be as accommodating as possible, any change of music requires the process to be repeated.
- This service covers the sourcing and purchase of one MP3 only
- If your chosen track cannot be sourced or is unsuitable, you will be asked to select an alternative. In this case, your fee will be refunded
- If your child decides to change their music after it has been sourced and programmed, a new MP3 will need to be purchased, and this service must be purchased again
- This service does not cover multiple music changes
Music Requirements:
All music must be clean, non-explicit, and appropriate for children and a family audience. We reserve the right to decline tracks that do not meet these standards.
Important – Music Editing:
This service does not include editing or altering the track (e.g. cutting, extending, or modifying songs).
If you require music editing, this is a separate service charged at £50, as it requires a skilled technician and additional production time.
You are very welcome to source your own MP3 instead. If choosing this option, please ensure the track is provided in MP3 format and submitted before the required deadline.
