We recommend you divide your time hours into 2 different types of equipment for the best use of the time.
2 Hour Structure
90 min Aerial class that includes warm-up and cool-down and 2 aerial skills with a short break between skills.
Bring your snacks, catering, and cake for the last 30 minutes at the end.
